At Tamalitoz, we want you to love your candy! Because our products are perishable food items, we do not accept returns or exchanges. This ensures that every bag of candy arriving at your door meets our strict quality and safety standards. 

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, or if we made a mistake and sent the wrong flavor, we want to make it right.

• Issues must be reported within 14 days of delivery.

• Please email us at info@sugarox.com  with your order number and a photo of the product/issue.

• We will evaluate the issue and, at our discretion, offer a replacement or a refund for the affected items.
