Return Policy

We do not accept returns due to the nature of our product. However, if your product is defective or damaged, we can provide you with a refund. or a replacement.

Refunds – can only be made to a product purchased on our web store at To request a refund please email us at and let us know which item you are requesting a refund for, a brief explanation so we may understand the reason, along with the lot number, you can find this information on the white square on the back side of the pouch of candy and help us address any production issues. Please include your original order number or date the order was placed so we may issue the refund. These will be made via direct payment to the method used when the original purchase was made.

Replacement: If you wish to receive a replacement instead of a refund, there is a $7.00 fee for shipping, or we can include the replacement pouch with your next order. Again we will need some information, including lot number, date of purchase, and location if the purchase was made with one of our retail partners.  

Timing Restriction: Claims requesting a refund or replacement will only be processed if made within a 30 day period of purchase of product.  For a replacement of a pouch purchased with one of our retail partners, we do request you send us a copy of your receipt, along with a picture of the product.
