Palomitaz Pinapple Galore

Imagine yourself laying out by the pool at an exclusive sea side resort on the Mexican pacific coast, you are snacking on some fresh cut pineapple, and Miguel your server brings over a chili sea salt seasoning for you to sprinkle on top of your pineapple.  “Chili on my Pineapple?” you say, and with a grin he tells you “Pineapple without Chili?”  you try it and realize that your whole life you have been eating pineapple the wrong way.  Well this is kinda like how we feel about popcorn in general after infusing it with natural pineapple flavor and sprinkling  some chili lime seasoning on it.

Sweet and savory like kettle corn, but with a tangy and spicy kick.
